\r\n\t当收获的金秋来临时，天空中就会出现成群结队，翱翔高空的大雁。他们保持“V”型雁阵，振翅高飞，鸣叫不断，为天空增添了一抹风景，也为人类带来了生命的启迪。\r\n

\r\n\t大雁是一种团结协作之鸟。群雁高飞头雁领，适时变阵省气力，和谐互助不掉队，步调一致向南方。正像我们中华民族的优秀儿女，勤劳勇敢，智慧创新，精诚团结，共同为祖国的繁荣昌盛而努力奋斗。\r\n

\r\n

\r\n\t大雁也是一种高能长寿之鸟。她清晨醒来，展翅、抖膀飞向上空，伸膀、转身翱翔天际，一路上翻翅、过水、望月、捞月，直到落下瞰水、寻食，以致傍晚寻窝、安睡。古人就是通过模仿大雁的动作、生活方式、习性等，创造了仿生学的健康方法——大雁功。\r\n

\r\n

\r\n\t大雁功源流清晰，历史悠久，始于中国晋代，属于道家昆仑派，至今已流传千余年。其功法和理论系统科学完整，融合了阴阳学说，经络学说，气化科学等中国传统理论的精华，结合了当代人体科学的发展成果和群众的健康需求，形成了循序渐进的功法体系，简单易学，人人皆可参与，且富有实效。\r\n

\r\n

\r\n\t大雁功过去长期在道家秘传，如今赶上了国家富强的好时代，也得以有机会不断的研究和发展，最终能以群众喜闻乐见的方式科普化地传播，并得到政府支持和国内外爱好者的厚爱，希望能为促进人类健康、健美、长寿，造福人类贡献力量。\r\n

\r\n\t本次再版的《大雁气功》，选取了大雁功体系中可自修的部分，以科普的形式呈现给各位读者。读者可通过阅读动作讲解、图示、步法，观看模仿视频，基本掌握大雁功的练法，达到强身健体的目的。有意进一步修习者，可继续研读动作详解中的“机理进阶”部分及第四章，第五章的内容，以了解前64式每式的功理，进一步深入认识气功，掌握基本的气功理论和练习原则，为求见名师，习练上乘功夫打好基础。\r\n

\r\n

\r\n\t气功的传播和推广，要有科学的指导思想和发展形式，除国家制定相应的管理办法，提供必要的支持环境外，我们也提出了成为气功教师的基本要求供读者参考。对于不达要求的老师，不跟随习练;自己若想教授他人，必须严格要求，不断提高完善自我，达到条件并得到相关机构的合法认证后，方可从事气功传播。\r\n
